50 years and a day after their initiation, brothers from Beta Pi’s 1976 pledge class reunited on Zoom for two hours of catching up on each other’s lives and reminiscing about Beta Pi, Penn, and Quaker triumphs.
12 brothers participated – Jim Field, Steve Hill, Mitch Karig, Mark Lopatin, David Meyer, Lenny Mongiello, Steve Murkowicz, Paul Reszutek, Bill Roper, and Bill Scott. They were joined by Steve Robinson (’76 pledge class) and Jon Kadane (’78 pledge class).
Now that they’ve reconnected, the brothers have all shared their street and email addresses, phone numbers, and social media presence so they can continue to keep in touch. In fact, as this article is being written, a Beta Pi ‘76 group message chat is underway….
