The Pi Kappa Alpha Annual Report has been released. It has been self-described by Pi Kappa Alpha Inter/National Fraternity (Memphis) as a “Snapshot of Success”. Memphis has never been more financially stable and its achievements in fund-raising validate the national recognition given to its programs such as PIKE University and leadership conferences that existed prior to 2025. It also establishes a sound financial basis for the introduction of new fraternal programs that will make membership in Pi Kappa Alpha more attractive and valuable.
“Once a Pike, Always a Pike”
Memphis is expanding with programs that will excite and benefit undergraduates and alumni. Among these new programs is The Pike Network “designed exclusively for Pi Kappa Alpha alumni to deepen fraternal bonds, advance professional goals, and celebrate our shared legacy”. It has a “member directory, chapter-based and industry-based groups, and mentoring program for alumni to students”. It features an online speaker program, sessions targeting career development, and a framework for goal setting in personal and professional life. Now six months old, it has approximately 3000 members.
Starting in November 2025, Memphis began scheduling Virtual Career Fairs, bringing together “alumni, employees, undergraduates, and recent graduate members for targeted networking and direct job/internship opportunities”. In the first three months, over 450 job openings have been offered.
In 2025, Memphis began organizing Regional Alumni Events such as happy hours, suites at sporting events, and invite only mixers at exclusive locations. Alumni in Atlanta, Charlotte, Houston, Tampa Bay, and San Francisco, have already benefitted. “These gatherings facilitated face-to-face reunions, strengthening chapters, and supporting local bonds for those who have made contributions to the organization”.
Scheduled to start in 2026 is an Entrepreneur Resource Center. It features tools like business plan templates, funding guides, legal checklists, and six-week “Small Business Bootcamps” led by alumni to prospective entrepreneurs.
All these programs, and others still in the planning stage, are intended to strengthen the lifelong PiKA experience.
Memphis is able to finance all of the above endeavors through a sharp increase in fund-raising, particularly over the last two years. The years 2024 and 2025 have seen record amounts raised through Memphis’ three main unrestricted fund-raising events: Founders Day of Giving, PIKE Now, and Giving Tuesday. Additional funds were raised by donations to Memphis Housing Funds, through investments, and other income. The result, as stated by a former advisor to Beta
Pi, Ryan Collett, and now Chief Development Officer for the PIKE Foundation, is, “The Foundations overall financial performance has reached record levels. Total Net Assets grew to just shy of $44 million and the Endowment Fund grew to over $24 million. President’s Council membership grew to 1039, nearly double the total membership from just three years ago! Thank you for your investment in Pi Kappa Alpha!”.
