Jeff Marrazzo’s Family Foundation Aids Philadelphia’s Schools
The November 2024 Beta Pi eletter mentioned that Jeff Marrazzo, Beta Pi ’97, was again honored by Philadelphia magazine as one of the “Most Influential Philadelphians” in 2023. It was noted in the magazine that brother Marrazzo founded the Marrazzo Family Foundation (MFF) to “…focus on programs that’ll foster creativity in young Philadelphians”.
In accordance with the “focus” of his foundation, an example was given in the May 2026 issue of Philadelphia magazine. In an article titled “Are Our Kids Learning Good”, written by Larry Platt, the School District of Philadelphia has formulated a strategic plan intended to bring educational training for teachers to address students’ needs. Unfortunately, the plan does not provide for Artificial Intelligence (AI) training. To correct this lack of modern technology in the plan, Brother Marrazzo’s MFF provided the funding necessary to initiate the School District of Philadelphia’s first AI training program.

A record number of donations and total dollar amount of donations sets the stage for the annual convention to bring pride to all members and to celebrate Memphis accomplishments within the past year.
Memphis announces the convention date, “The 2026 International Convention heads to Las Vegas, July 16-18. Join brothers from across the country for leadership and connection at PIKE’s biggest event yet”. To further the appreciation in attending the Convention, Memphis has inaugurated a series of available activities directed specifically for alumni. These include a welcome reception at Whiskey Down inside the MGM featuring a curated three-flight whiskey tasting, a golf tournament that starts with an 8 am shotgun at Bali Hai, and an opportunity to enjoy an exclusive high-performance driving experience at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. All this is in addition to everything else, such as gambling and entertainment, that Las Vegas has to offer.
