As a follow up to the recent message about our Alumni Founders Day dinner, we would like to remind everyone that we are more than halfway through our 2024/25 fundraising campaign, which runs from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, and we are well below our fundraising goal.
Given the uncertainty surrounding the future status of the undergraduate chapter, it is more urgent than ever that we do everything possible to keep our alumni engaged and connected.
Our communication program is spearheaded by our alumni relations partner, Elevate (formerly Affinity Connection). Elevate’s staff maintains our database, hosts our website, provides assistance with our monthly e-letters, and publishes our biennial printed newsletters. These functions cannot be provided solely by our small group of dedicated volunteers and supporters, most of whom were initiated in the 1960’s and 1970’s. We need your dues and donations to maintain these programs. More importantly, we are seeking the assistance of some alumni from more recent generations to lend a hand in driving the alumni association’s efforts to keep us all connected. If you are willing to assist the current alumni association officers in driving the association, please contact Joel Catania at [email protected].
When we chartered the Beta Pi Alumni Association, we had 110 dues paying members. The number of dues paying members has decreased to below 70 in recent years. We hope you will help us get the number of dues paying members back up to, if not above, our original number.
Minimum dues are $100.00, suggested dues are $150.00.
Dues for young alumni are $25.00 for the first six years after your initiation date.
Additional donations above the dues amount are always appreciated.

Dues and donations can be sent to the Alumni Association in one of three ways:
- Log onto www.pika-upenn.org and click on the DONATE tab
- Call the Donation Hotline (607-882-0417) and advise them you would like to donate to the Pi Kappa Alpha – Beta Pi Chapter
- Mail a check payable to “The Beta Pi Alumni Association” to:
